Victoria, Seychelles – Tuesday, 4th February 2025 – Gran Kaz has officially concluded its "10 for 10" Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) campaign with a final donation to Au Cap Home for the Elderly, bringing the 10-week-long initiative to a meaningful close. The handover, which took place on Monday, 3rd February, saw Gran Kaz donating a set of chairs and tables to enhance the home’s common area, ensuring that residents have a comfortable space to gather, socialize, and build lasting connections.
A Decade of Giving, A Future of Commitment
Over the past 10 weeks, Gran Kaz has dedicated itself to supporting 10 different charitable organizations and causes, reinforcing its commitment to uplifting the Seychellois community. The final donation to Au Cap Home for the Elderly was a fitting conclusion to the campaign, focusing on the well-being of one of society’s most cherished yet vulnerable groups – the elderly.
Currently, the residents of Au Cap Home for the Elderly are being housed in a dedicated wing at North East Point, as their home undergoes much-needed renovations. They have been at the temporary facility for a little over a year and are hopeful to return to their own home later this month. Gran Kaz’s donation comes at an opportune time, ensuring that once they move back, their common area will be better equipped for comfort and social interaction.
In addition to the tables and chairs, Gran Kaz also gifted each resident a special care package, packed with healthy goodies and other thoughtful items aimed at making their daily lives a little brighter.
